Shetland web lawsuit

There's an update on the Shetland News v. Shetland Times case at 
http://www.shetland-news.co.uk/appeal.html
 - not going to court until October, but it rehearses some of 
the arguments about whether copyright is infringed by the making of 
links.  Not specifically a Library issue, tho' I think the case was 
mentioned earlier on this list.  The Shetland Times is at 
http://www.shetland-times.co.uk/ and their "Features" section 
includes their story on the row, as of December.
