project is, how well do these tools perform in library settings?
The answer to this, it appears in this testing phase, is that these
filters are not quite ready for prime time--they are tools in
development, unreliable, inconsistent, difficult if not
impossible to troubleshoot, and time-consuming to modify and
maintain."
