Netscape Communicator 4.0 for Win95

I am also using Netterm and was having trouble until I read Jian Liu's
message and inserted '%1' at the end of the path for the Telnet
application. Until I did this, clicking on a Telnet link would open Netterm
but would not make a connection to the remote host. I have no idea why this
makes a difference, but it seems to work.
