The CNN story doesn't provide enough technical detail, so it's hard to
make any risk assessment.  It seems you have to log on to a server
operated by someone wanting to look at your disk, and they have to
specify the name of the file they are looking for.  If you have a
sensitive file on your pc you might want to give it a coded name.
