They all offer keyboard blocking *as an option*.  Fill us in: how many
libraries are using keyboard blocking?  That's the point.  Many
anti-selection choice advocates say that all filters RELY EXCLUSIVELY on
keyboard blocking, or that you can't turn it off, a lie.
