CYBERSitter in libraries

Does anyone out there use CYBERSitter in their library, or know of any
library that uses CYBERSitter filtering software?  I'm testing various
features of CS97 and would really like to talk to someone who is using it
in a library setting to see how they utilize it, how they feel about its
effectiveness, and how they deal with its somewhat crude keyword blocking
features.
