Find Command On Browser

Does anyone know of a tool that will extend the "find" command on a 
browser (under edit menu)?  In today's long web pages, there is 
sometimes a need to find a subject, etc. on a web page without having 
to scroll down through the page.  It would be so easy to find such on 
a long web page if the "find" command could be enlarged to include 
the boolean search operators of "and", "or", or perhaps the use of
"+", "-" before words.
