You can fight APA

The situation: A while back the American Psychological Association sent
lawyer threats to websites that provided information on how to use APA
citation style. All the sites that I know of immediately closed shop, but
at least one--Capital-Community Technical College--is back on line. The
professor who created CCTC's page on APA style fought back and appears to
have won.  You can see the correspondence between the professor (Charles
Darling) and APA at http://155.43.225.30/apa.htm. 

Does my heart good to see intellectual property arrogance get a swift kick
in the behind.
