Techie Question -- Windows 95

In Control Panel go to the network icon. On the first screen about
halfway down, is the field Primary Network logon. Change that to Windows
logon, then make sure that your network settings require logon to network.
You can creat the windows password as blank and cache the network logon.
For our public pc's I also set the policy so that you have to log on to
the server before you can access any programs on the local pc. Hope this
