SearchBank and ProQuest Direct users?

The FIDDO project, at Loughbrough University, is currently evaluating the
document delivery services of Information Access' SearchBank and UMI's
ProQuest Direct.  We would be very interested to hear from any libraries who
are using either of these services for document delivery, and are willing to
