Help locating article mentioned here

Hi,

I'm looking for the link to an online article mentioned here a while
ago. It compared libraries
and the Internet and concluded that libraries are and will always be the
better resource, one of
the reasons given being that the Internet can be contained within a
library, but a library cannot be contained within the Internet.

I think it was written by a "non-librarian".

Please respond directly to me if you can point me to this article.
