Non-Web: salary question

This is somewhat off-topic, but if you can help I'd be grateful.  Please post
to me privately.

We're planning to hire a Network Coordinator in 1998 for the following duties
and don't know what salary to offer.  Would anyone who employs people in a
similar capacity be willing to share salary figures (per hour) with me?  I will
keep them confidential if you request it.  Many thanks.

NETWORK COORDINATOR duties:
 Take charge of Win NT/Ethernet/Fast Ethernet networks at 2 sites (eventually 
to be 5), comprising 2 servers and 43 PCs (eventually to be 5 servers and over 
110 PCs) -- hardware and software installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance 
scheduling (this person will get assistance from departmental technicians in
carrying out maintenance and some troubleshooting duties); make recommendations
for upgrade purchases and carry out upgrades; monitor networks for problems and
keep stats on use; maintain records on hardware and software; other duties as
assigned.  CNE preferred.
