Thanks to all who responded to my question about Mnemonic. It is also 
encouraging to see the list has its share of Linux devotees.
	For those who pointed out to me that Netscape has a browser for 
Linux, I appreciate it and I'm sure it works well. I was just curious 
about Mnemonic.
	And, FYI, the same issue of Wired that has the Linux article (Wired 
5.08) also contains a short piece entitled, "Morphing the Librarians, Fighting 
Off Extinction in the Information Age." It focuses on Hal Varian at 
Berkeley's School of Information Management and Systems. If anyone is 
interested.
