Corrected subscription request info for knowledge managment list

My instructions for joining the new knowledge management list yesterday
were incorrect.

To join, send "subscribe" in the body of a message to
"km-request at mccmedia.com".  As usual, "km at mccmedia.com" is the list
address.

I have intercepted all of the the subscription requests that went to the
list and manually added them -- my punishment for the error...
