After a slow re-start, FILT4LIB is going strong again.

I will post occasionally on the subject here, but I'm hoping to move the
bulk of filtering discussion over there.

After a lot of off-list messages from a lot of people, I've been
convinced that the topic needs a break on WEB4LIB.
