 Interesting.  I downloaded it and tried it on my 4.01 workstation: it
didn't work at all.  I got an "Access Violations" error.  Being still
fairly ignorant of NT, I thought it might have something to do with not
being logged in as administrator so I tried that with the same result.
Following that, I actually read the "ReadMe" file where I learned that
there are cases, reason unknown, where this error occurs and that the
RegClean team would like a report of these messages.
