The technical problem with this is that you'd have to examine all the links
leading FROM the sites to which you link and determine whether to block
them or not and then incorporate those URLs into your blocking software.
This seems like a daunting task, to me.  Also, I don't think a service that
provides a directory of sites would want to get into the filtering
business, but it's a possibility, I guess.
