ProPhone problems

Using ProPhone for Networks(4 97) with Netware 4.1 on a Windows 95
system I am unable to load NWPA.NLM and CDROM.NLM
1. When loading from the server I get back "NWPA.NLM is already loaded. 
A second copy can not be loaded.  Any suggestions on ways around this?

Also, Is there a way to disable the Internet feature(under online) on
ProPhone?  At public terminals this feature gives the public access to
my whole network.
