CSV to HTML conversion

     There are slugs of things available - depending on the complexity of 
     the outgoing HTML.  This is the sort of thing you can knock out in awk 
     (if you have UNIX, SCO, or the MKS Unix Utilities that run on DOS 
     machines), and it is background noise for a Perl script.
     
     How many columns (commas) do you have?  On which platform (hardware 
     and operating system) are you running?  How much programming 
     experience do you have?

Anyone out there got (or know where to get) a routine to convert 
comma-separated files to html tables
     
Any advice welcome.
