	Other less interested parties have adequately pointed out that
that the legal questions are far more murky than you would allow. The
ethical realm is even more opaque; and when you use the forward slash to
equate ethics and morals I get a little frightened. 


 YTake a look :at the copright statement usually prominently posted over
any copy :machines in libraries in the United States.  Libraries and
librarians :are rsponsible for enforcement of copyright and fairuse in
