sites of interest for Web sits builders

     This morning's edition of the email newsletter from the folks at 
     www.cnet.com (you can subscribe for free) mentions pages on their site 
     of interest to people trying to build sites without spending a lot of 
     money.  They also have (the second link below) a review of a Win95 
     version of a previously Mac-only Web package.  The issue of which 
     tools to use when lots of money isn't available has come up here 
     several times, so I pass these along to those who are seeking such
