I've been using the EMWAC IMS mail server, which also supports lists.  It is
not as full-featured as the commercial list server software, but it is free
and there's an active mailing list where users support one another.  Here's

Listserv is available for NT:

http://www.lsoft.com/listserv.stm

I think C/NET had an article about list servers a few weeks ago, which gave
pointers to others.  Seems to me that there were three or four that have
been ported to NT.
