IP Address & Password Checking

According to the documentation for Access Restrictions in NCSA httpd 1.5.2,
yes, you can handle IP address, then password authentication.
You want to set up a .htaccess file, using 'deny from all', 'allow from [class
B address], 'require valid-user' [listing those in the AuthUserFile], and
'satisfy any'.
