Netscape 3.0 vs PowerMac 6100

Hello Everyone:

I have a question about Netscape 3.0.

I seem to be having a problem loading this program on a PowerMac 6100.
When ever I try to open Netscape it freezes.  Does anyone know of any
incompatibilities I should know about.  I have tried to run help but this
does not show me anything I need to know.  I do not have a problem loading
the program on any other type of Mac.
