Helper apps in MSIE 3.0

        There's a readme doc that comes with QVTnet. You only need to
        copy 1 .dll (I think it's qvtnet.dll), and they recommend
        that it be copied to the C:\windows\SYSTEM directory.

        Worked for us, anyway.
