Helper Apps in MSIE 3.0?

In MSIE or the registry edit the "Application used to perform action".
The path must be put in quotes then a space and then you should be able to
type an IP address.

We are using it to telnet to our mail server with no problems.

ex.  "c:\program files\QPC\QVTNet\bin\term.exe" 000.00.00.00
