Printing from pine

>From the main menu in pine, select "S" for setup and then P for printer.
You should then see a screen about printing.  You should be able to tab
down until the proper type of printer is highlighted (unix or
attached-to-ansi).

The only caveat I have is making sure your telnet client will support this
type of printing with Pine.  On the Mac, NSCA Telnet supports printing
just fine, but I've been unable to print to a local printer using
NiftyTelnet.
