Don't know whether this helps, but the University of Missouri-Columbia
College of Education has a page of pointers to journals, some of which
are online, at http://tiger.coe.missouri.edu/journ.html.

The UMC College of Education's list of "Journals, Magazines, and
Newspapers Online" at http://tiger.coe.missouri.edu/~coegrad/pubs.html
is probably even better.

Columbia University's Digital Library page at
http://www.cc.columbia.edu/cu/libraries/ejournals/ejournals.html lists
"Selected Ejournals in Information Technology & Libraries," although
it's a little broader than the question you originally asked.
