Printing within frames

We provide Internet access for students via Power Mac 6100s.  In the web
page for the Wendy's Corp., a student was trying to print one section of a
frame dealing with the history of the company.  We could not print the
entire file WITHIN that frame thru conventional means.  The only thing that
would work was to save the file into a word processing document, then open
that document & print.  Is there some other method?
