     This is precisely what htdig can do.  The expiration dates and the 
email addresses are entered in the web pages using HTML meta tags.  Htdig 
is primarily used as a local search engine, however it is extremely 
versatile and works great.  It runs on a UNIX platform and is freeware.

     Htdig was developed at San Diego State University and is available
