Mac users who have not thought of doing this may want to create a template
in whatever way they do HTML and then use the "get info" command in the
finder and then check the "Stationary Pad" box. When one opens the document
it will create a new untitled copy to work in.

At the GTU Library this has enabled us to ensure the accuracy of the top
and bottom of all of our pages.

There may be a way to do this in Windows.
