LITA Secure Systems & Services Interest Group

At ALA Midwinter, the LITA SSSIG will host a presentation 
and discussion on the Library's Role and Participation in
a Campus-Wide Secure Information Environment (or, How Not 
to Look Hopelessly Out of Date by Mailing Paper Overdue 
Notices When Your Institution Doesn't Even Mail Out 
Grades Any More).

Kristin Antelman and Mark Grabowski of the University of
Delaware Libraries will present some of the security
technologies in use at an institution that is fast 
moving toward a paper-free information environment
for students and staff.

LITA SSSIG will meet on Monday, February 17, from 2:00 
to 3:30 in WCC Room 8.  A brief business session will 
follow.
