Help w/ Browsing Non-Roman Languages?

The librarians in our firm support (and often perform) the World Wide
Web research of our patrons.  Our in-house resources, however,
cannot adequately support research involving information on the web
that is written in non-Roman-character languages (such as far eastern
languages).  Is anyone familiar with consultants, etc. that have the ability
(experience and requisite web technology)  to do such research?

Because our need is pressing, I would appreciate any quick ideas or
suggestions or even recommendations of other discussion groups on
which to post this message.
