Someday soon, I hope, the trend for positions such as this, particularly 
part-time, project oriented positions, will be to hire virtual staff, 
i.e. telecommuting positions.  A web site can be managed from anywhere on 
the net.  Conferencing can be done remotely.  For organizations such as 
yours, this gives you the opportunity to hire talent not availible in 
your area, have work done at off hours without opening the doors of your 
facilities, etc.

Just a thought; and if you're considering such an arrangement for this 
position, please let me know.
