I have the same problem with NetScape 4.04 (Complete Edition) and both NCSA
Telnet and BetterTelnet (Macintosh). A few people in our library also have
the same problem; they are using NCSA Telnet. I looked at the Preferences,
and everything seemed OK.

I think that the problem is with NetScape, and not with the Telnet
application.
