Annual Reports Library

Recently, someone posted information on sites of company info. One of
these sites was the Annual Reports Library <www.zpub.com/>. Can anyone
comment on the value of the library? Their holdings seem impressive and
I understand that for $75.00 non-profits can subscribe. However, I've
left phone and email messages with the guy in charge for more details
and haven't received a response. It looks like a one person shop.
