telnet indexes -- keep 'em or ditch 'em?

The answer to your questions is pretty clearly YES, NO, NO, NO. My
suggestion is to give up any thoughts of maintaining telnet access, but be
sure that your information is lynx (the text-only browser) accessible and
doesn't depend on frames, image maps, complex tables, or Java.
