Document delivery from the library catalogue

Hello:

This is a good comment; also, just recently, hasn't there been a lawsuit
by Barnes and Noble against amazon.com, protesting that amazon.com is not
a "bookstore" since they have no retail outlet. Since so many bookstores
are on the web, with forms for ordering books online, this might not be a
good direction.....also creates unfair advantage to large chains also over
the independent bookstores local to an area.
