fulltext searching with thesaurus

The search engine Medical World Search (http://www.mwsearch.com),
of which I am one of the developers, uses a large medical thesaurus 
as a part of a full-text search system (BT, NT, UF, USE, Scope note).
It can be used both in a built-in mode and as a reference.
