Netscape 4 and Telnet using a telnet.bat - in NT

Mine also close automatically in NT 4.0.  I didn't change any settings to make
them do that.  Some of them start full-screen telnet sessions (from the
desktop, using Kermit 95) to specific sites, but they close politely when
finished.
