IIS/PWS 4.0b2

Has anyone successfully downloaded the beta version of either Microsoft IIS
4.0 or Personal Webserver  4.0?  I've tried a few times over the last month,
but (after going through the needlessly lengthy registration process)
consistently get a message that the network is too busy.
