In MSIE go to:

	File
	Page Setup
	Headers/Footers

The command to print the URL is &u and the default location is bottom left
with a 0.75" bottom margin. Margin settings might have to be changed
depending on which brand printer you are using.

We are using HP Deskjet printers and a bottom margin of 1".
