Ticketmaster sues Microsoft

Today's CyberTimes has a story about a suit Ticketmaster has filed 
against the Microsoft Network for linking to their web site.  The 
situation is complex, and Tickmaster was paid by another ISP to 
provide access for online orders, something the Microsoft Network 
didn't do.  Still, things are really going to get complex on the Web 
if hyperlinks can only be made to web sites with the permission of 
the owner.  The good news is that the legal analyst quoted thinks that 
Ticketmaster will lose.
