I've just been using this. It's quite useful. Windows95 only.

I have uploaded to Simtel.Net:

http://www.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/win95/html/toc.zip
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/win95/html/toc.zip 191584 bytes

toc.zip Table of Contents - framed HTML lists of files

Table of Contents creates framed HTML lists of local files. It reads your
web directory and allows you to clearly see your files and directory
structure. Then saves it to a framed HTML page. This means you can see
all the your files in the left frame and view their contents in the right
frame. This makes for easy browsing of HTML pages and graphics. You can
specify which types of file are indexed, the properties of your frames and
index, and alphabetically sort the entries. Use your new page for your
own checking or put it online with additional work. Just what you need if
you develop a lot of web pages.
