Full URLs, Please?

This list just gets better and better.  I have a minor suggestion.  When
citing a URL in an email, could folks use the full syntax for the URL
instead of just the suffix?  Many of us have mail systems that will
automatically create a hyperlink from a full address (like
http://www.missouri.edu), but won't if it's just www.missouri.edu.  Just
means a reader has to cut and paste it into their browser if there's no
prefix (and Netscape I know will just assume the http:// prefix for
you), but why not make it easy?
