In-house Produce Union List on CD-ROM

Dear Colleagues,

Our organization is planning to in-house produce the regional Union List
of Serials on CD-ROM using Silver Platter Technology and software.  The
raw data is from OCLC records in MARC format.  

Please e-mail me if your institution has done something similar and
would like to share your experience with us.
