In relation with an on-going feasibility study and, primarly, from a
methodological point of view, I am looking people experienced in designing
and achieving an intelligence organisation due to meet governement and/or
corporate requirements and needs in a given field. The specific field is
information and communications technologies with a special focus on
telecommunications.
