FirstSearch matters

re: the complaints about Firstsearch's web interface - it looks good if you
compare it to the telnet interface for Firstsearch, and the problem of choosing
the telnet client which would make the print-screen problem understandable -
after you'd been able to get a telnet client which successfully negotiated the
backspace-delete in Firstsearch.
