HTML Editors -- Thank You

I would like to thank those who replied here in the list and personally to
me regarding HTML editors.  I thought I would inform you that I decided to
stay with HTML Assistant.  The current version is HTML Assistant Pro 3.

Before I decided to change I felt it best to give HTML Assistant a final
chance.  What I discovered was that it has everything Elisa Miller described
_PLUS_ dialog boxes to create frames.
