Advice on HTML programs...

We are currently updating our web site and I'm in charge of finding
a very good HTML program that will convert specifically Word for
Windows documents version 6.0... 

If we have covered this already in our previous discussions, I need
to apologize because I'm WAY behind on reading my email!
